Dances beneath the Oak is a collection of dances built upon several physical principles that evolve into choreographic works. The project has at its core the work on the conditions that generate a dance and the movement(s) that a dance produces when it encounters space and time.
Dances beneath the Oak has the ultimate goal to establish and share a common field between the performance and the audience as a reflection about how our bodies can create the conditions for “some thing“ to emerge. “some thing” has not unilateral connotation but lies in the imagination of who watches and in the will and availability to be moved to another place.
